Dreaming of a White Office

Friday, June 15, 2012

If I had the luxury of being able to design my own office space in our open plan office and the luxury of an unlimited budget, I would probably go for the all white office feel!

I think the crisp lines, crisp colours and the 'unclutteredness' of it, gives you that edge when having to concentrate extra hard! And sometimes, when looking at a computer screen all day, as I so lucky enough to do, your eyes just need to rest. The plain and simple white or black wall would just give you that minute's rest, a breather space for your eyes.

I pinned a few inspired spaces on this Pinterest board of mine.

Haha, I saw that you were pinning tons of white and black office pics the other day and was waiting for this post! I would also prefer a white office - I love how crisp and clean and organised it makes everything look. Especially love that one in the middle with the map on the wall :)

I LOVE these rooms. The office in our house is kidn of acting as an office/storage space but we don't know why - we have a basement to store stuff! We are thinking about painting the ceiling in that room the same smokey blue we used in our dining room and maybe leaving the walls a crisp color. Not too sure but I like what I see here!

Ah! I love this! I am designing my own office too and it can be overwhelming. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love how bright and airy an all-white office is. I go back and forth between an office like these and a dark, moody, urban office feel. I'm sure it'll be a while before I actually have my own office so for now, it's okay that I can't decide!

This is EXACTLY what I dream of too... actually, a whole house full. I really, really love the 2nd photo. Now I just need to buy my own house (rather than renting) so I can make it a reality and do whatever I want to the space!
